Wow I am soooo excited!!!! It was actually 78 degrees out today, and it is supposed to be really warm here were I live all weekend too! Thank god Winter is gone! So I was outside all day getting some sun and exercise! I'm going to start my Spring garden, and go tanning with my sister Julie this weekend! :) I really hope I can tan because I don't really tan in the sun & I don't burn either. Sooo yeah if I don't tan.. then I am going to probably by sunless tanner or something. I just don't have the patience to slather that junk on everyday, since I do shower like EVERY day! On another note, I am really proud of myself! I didn't drink any soda today, and the only unhealthy thing I ate was a small bowl of chips. So I'm going to post my food below again and fitness!
Breakfast:
- 1 Apple
- 1 glass of water
Lunch:
- I didn't eat because I wasn't hungry...
- 1 glass of Lemonade Crystal Light
Snack:
- 1 small bowl of plain Lays chips
Dinner:
- 1 serving of Spaghetti
- 1 glass of water
Snack:
- 1 whole sliced apple
Sooo I know my dinners aren't extremely healthy, but I can't change that since I'm not the one who cooks around here, and they don't care about their weight. (& they should ;>.>) Anyways, so I am going shopping this weekend for some healthy foods since when I started all I really had that is healthy is apples, salad, and some mixed fruit in the can LOL.
This is my shopping list!
Quaker Oatmeal
Skinless Chicken Breast, turkey deli meat (I only eat poultry..)
Broccoli, Asparagus (never tried this before!), corn, baby carrots, baby tomatoes, cauliflower garbanzo beans
Apples, grapes, bananas, pomegranate, peaches, melon
Garlic powder, Splenda
Granola bars (100cal), Shredded Wheat cereal
Crystal Light drink mix, green tea, flavored water.
Pretty healthy right?
