So I finally went shopping for some healthy foods, and it was actually really cheap! A lot of the things I bought were on sale. I spent $24 at Walmart and this is all the stuff I got!
-1 container of Blackberries (there is a lot in this container!!!)
-1 container of Strawberries (there is a lot in this container too!!)
-5 Oranges
-Bananas
-a big bag of Green Grapes
-4 Cucumbers
-7 Yo plait Strawberry Greek Yogurts
-1 box of Fiber Plus Quaker Oatmeal in Maple & Brown Sugar
-2 boxes of Crystal Light in Lemonade and Pomegranate flavor
-10 cans of Bumblebee Tuna in water
-Lean pockets in Chicken, cheddar and broccoli
-A few Easter candy items that were on sale for my bf
& yeah I think that's about it really. This wasn't like shopping, shopping. It was more like picking up healthy snacks and healthy things to go in stuff or on the side of meals. So yeah! I was pleasantly surprised with how little I spent on everything. Usually when I shop for food at Walmart I spend $50+ So maybe it's cheaper to buy healthy foods? I don't know. Let me know some other healthy foods that you buy, and enjoy! Maybe I will try them too.
